The renowned architect and artist Rogelio Salmona designed these buildings in the early 70s. He was able to harmonize the buildings with their physical and social environment. This is the reason why these buildings are considered as one of the most emblematic constructions of the city.
I've never seen a building like that. It looks very nice! I like the curved section at the top and also the design in the bottom. The color looks like it goes with the environment.
ResponderEliminarWell, at the botton what you can see is the bull ring (plaza de toros). The arquitect made the design of the building surrounding the bull ring.
